Our competition team showcases talent across local contests in DFW, Tyler, and Waco, gaining valuable experience and growing together. Select dancers may also earn the exciting opportunity to compete at National-level competitions, representing Elite Dance Company on a larger stage.

Elite dancers attend two-day dance conventions packed with full-day classes in a variety of styles — from hip hop to ballet, jazz to contemporary. Led by world-renowned choreographers and professional dancers, these events challenge our team, spark creativity, and fuel a deeper love for dance.

At EDC, competition dancers train weekly in a variety of styles—ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and more—building versatility, strength, and artistry. This well-rounded foundation not only sharpens performance skills but also fosters confident, adaptable dancers.
Our program is led by Director Raylee Cantrell, a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader with classical training from Texas Ballet Theater, bringing a unique blend of professional experience, discipline, and passion to every class.
Competition Auditions
Auditions for Elite Dance Company’s 2026–2027 Competition Team will take place on May 17th! This is an exciting opportunity for dancers who are ready to grow in technique, performance, and confidence while being part of a supportive and driven team environment. Our competition program is designed to challenge dancers, build strong work ethic, and create unforgettable experiences on and off the stage.
